The extensive development and application of intelligent concepts, methods of warfare and equipment are profoundly changing the pattern of network-electric warfare, and have become an important starting point for military powers to lead the pattern of warfare, innovate tactical methods of warfare, design future wars, accelerate strategic transformation, and expand military advantages. Based on the development trend of theory and equipment in the field of network electric countermeasures in recent years, this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the new characteristics of network electric countermeasures in the era of intelligence from the aspects of countermeasure form, countermeasure style and countermeasure space. And based on the concept of intelligence itself, the development and countermeasures in the field of network electric countermeasures in the context of intelligent war is proposed from three angles of precision research algorithm, human-machine hybrid and autonomous action.
