For the cultivation of professional postgraduate students, colleges and universities not only need to enhance students' theoretical knowledge reserve, but also need to cultivate students’ practical ability and problem-solving ability. Therefore, how to effectively combine enterprises and make the integration mode of industry and education implemented by colleges and universities is a problem worth thinking and urgent solution. In view of the problem that the current professional master research, production and teaching integration training mechanism are not perfect, this paper takes the electronic information master students of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University as an example to discuss the improvement and optimization of the curriculum system, the sublimation of the postgraduate “four selfs”, the establishment of the long-term operation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, the construction of the mutual promotion mechanism of examination and teaching and the construction of practical training base. It is expected to provide some reference for the construction of the integrated training mechanism of professional master’s research, production and teaching and the construction of the education system for postgraduates.
