Design and Simulation of Hydraulic System of Mine Pressure Loading Test Bench Based on AMESim
Aiming at the problem of hydraulic speed regulation circuit of mine pressure loading test bench, in order to meet the more stable speed regulation operation of rock model by the test bench, this paper designs and simulates the hydraulic speed regulation circuit of the test bench. Through the hydraulic simulation software AMESim, the bypass speed control valve element and the speed control circuit and pressure holding circuit of the hydraulic system are modeled and analyzed, and the curve graph obtained by the simulation is analyzed, which verifies the correctness of the design and modeling of the speed regulating element and the two circuits, and therefore, the design meets the performance requirements of the mine pressure loading test bench.
