摘要

发展数据安全产业作为国家数据安全治理体系建设的重要组成，也为构建数据基础制度、释放数据要素潜能提供重要保障。随着产业顶层设计逐步清晰，政策支持不断增强，市场活力迅速迸发，生态环境持续优化，数据安全产业整体发展潜力巨大，前景广阔。本文梳理了国内外数据安全产业发展的态势，总结了我国数据安全产业在政府政策、产品服务发展、产业生态建设等方面的现状和机遇，提出促进数据安全产业高质量发展的相关建议。

Abstract

The development of data security industry is not only an important foundation for the construction of national data security governance system

but also an important guarantee for the construction of data basic system and the release of the potential of data elements. As the top-level design of the industry is gradually clarified

policy support is continuously enhanced

market vitality is rapidly burst

and the ecological environment is continuously optimized

the overall development potential of the industry is huge and the prospect is broad. This paper reviews the development trend of data security industry at home and abroad

summarizes the current situation and opportunities of China's data security industry in terms of government policies

product and service development

and industrial ecological construction

and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the high-quality development of data security industry.
