人体降温系统以半导体制冷为核心,采用液体循环,借助连接水路,将冷量输送至人体降温衣,通过降温衣与人体热交换完成人体降温。为实现制冷系统小型、轻型、便携、高集成度设计,本文所述制冷系统首次提出热端高密度铜翅换热器及冷端铝翅水冷复合一体式集成方案,使核心制冷组件体积重量大幅压缩,冷热端换热器与制冷器一次焊接成型,无机械连接,减小了热短路造成的冷量损耗,提高了产冷量和转换效率。核心组件产冷量21 W,转换效率达80%,重量仅为160 g,体积为7×3×6 cm

。特殊的降温衣水路设计减小了液体流阻,有利于降温衣均温;降温衣可调式特殊结构设计使其对不同体型人体实现有效贴合,使人体与降温衣间能够充分热交换,达到人体
降温的良好效果。
This innovative human body cooling system centers around semiconductor refrigeration
utilizing liquid circulation and a connected waterway to deliver cooling power to the human body cooling garment. By exchanging heat between the cooling garment and the human body
the desired cooling effect is achieved. To achieve a small
lightweight
portable
and highly integrated refrigeration system
this paper proposes a novel high-density toothed copper heat exchange solution on the hot end and an integrated aluminum fin water cooling system on the cold end. This design significantly reduces the volume and weight of the core refrigeration components
with the heat exchanger and refrigeration unit being seamlessly welded together
eliminating any mechanical connections and reducing the loss of cooling power caused by thermal short-circuiting
thereby enhancing the cooling capacity and conversion efficiency. The core refrigeration component has a cooling capacity of 21 W
with an efficiency of 80%
and weighs only 160 g
occupying a volume of 7×3×6 cm³. The specially designed waterway system in the cooling garment minimizes liquid flow resistance
facilitating uniform temperature distribution. Additionally
the adjustable and specialized structural design of the cooling garment ensures an effective fit for different body types
enabling ample heat exchange between the human body and the cooling garment
achieving optimal cooling effect.
