本文采用RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)、计算机网络、系统软件等信息化手段对复烤企业烟叶配比投料过程进行综合管理,减少人为烟叶等级错误及投料速度不均衡产生的混配比例偏差,搭建了集数据采集、LED(Light Emitting Diode)发布、追踪报警、统计分析于一体的烟叶配比投料数字化管理系统。达到每个投料批次内各铺叶工位的投料等级、铺叶频次和单次铺叶量均可实时监控、实时修正、实时反馈的目的。不断提升复烤企业均质化加工水平。
Abstract
This article uses information technology such as RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification)

and system software to comprehensively manage the tobacco blending and feeding process of redrying enterprises
reducing the mixing ratio deviation caused by human errors in tobacco grade and imbalanced feeding speed. A digital management system for tobacco blending and feeding is built

and statistical analysis. To achieve the goal of real-time monitoring

and feedback for the feeding level

and single blade laying quantity of each feeding station within each feeding batch. Continuously improve the homogenization processing level of redrying enterprises.
