摘要

为了科学、有效地管理农业合作社，提升其经济实力、发展活力和带动能力，本文设计并实现了一个农业合作社评优评选管理平台。该平台针对当前合作社发展中存在的资金缺乏、组织松散、管理不规范等问题，采用信息化、数字化和自动化技术，实现了合作社信息的统一管理，减少了人力成本，提高了管理效率。系统主要功能包括合作社信息录入、经营状况管理、示范社自主申报、快速评审结果查询、评审机构管理、评审资料审核和示范社认证等。通过该平台，政府能够对合作社进行统一管理，推动合作社的规范发展和质量提升，助力乡村振兴战略的实施。

Abstract

In order to scientifically and effectively manage agricultural cooperatives and enhance their economic strength

development vitality

and driving capacity

this paper designs and implements a management platform for evaluating and selecting excellent agricultural cooperatives. Addressing issues such as lack of funds

loose organization

and irregular management in the current development of cooperatives

this platform employs informatization

digitization

and automation technologies to achieve unified management of cooperative information

reducing labor costs and improving management efficiency. The main functions of the system include cooperative information entry

management of operating conditions

self-declaration for demonstration cooperatives

rapid inquiry of evaluation results

management of evaluation institutions

review of evaluation materials

and certification of demonstration cooperatives. Through this platform

the government can uniformly manage cooperatives

promote their standardized development and quality improvement

and contribute to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
