三维动画可以将目标的运动过程形象直观显示出来,虚拟现实仿真是最高层次的仿真。用虚拟现实仿真技术制作的三维动画更加直观、逼真和身临其境。VRML是面向网络应用的虚拟现实建模语言,具有强大的三维造型和渲染的功能。MATLAB函数可直接驱动VRML文件的目标生成动画。本文就MATLAB与VRML交互进行三维动画仿真的方法进行了研究。结合VRML的动画机制、动画实现深入分析VRML动画原理,给出MATLAB与VRML交互用到的接口函数及操作步骤,并将该方法应用于贴装机的贴装过程仿真。生成的动画直观生动、可控,为贴装机的虚拟制造研究提供了实验依据。仿真结果验证了方法的有效性。
3D animation can vividly and intuitively display the movement process of the target
and virtual reality simulation is the highest level of simulation. 3D animation made with virtual reality simulation technology is even more intuitive
realistic and immersive. VRML is a virtual reality modeling language for network applications
which has powerful 3D modeling and rendering functions. MATLAB function can directly drive the target generation animation of VRML file. This paper mainly studies the method of 3D animation simulation combining MATLAB and VRML. We deeply analyze the theory of VRML animation by combining the animation mechanism and realization of VRML
give the interface function and operation process based on MATLAB and VRML and apply this method to the simulation of mounting process. The generated animation is intuitive
vivid and controllable
providing experimental basis for the research of virtual manufacturing. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method.
