    • Research on Skull Defect Recognition Based on Residual Neural Network

      摘要:In view of the serious health problems that may be caused by skull defects, this study aims to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of skull defects through residual neural networks, so as to improve the treatment effectiveness and quality of life of patients. In this study, ResNet50 deep learning model is combined with cranial medical image data, and residual network structure is used to enhance the recognition ability of skull defect, and the traditional CNN model is compared. ResNet50 model is significantly better than CNN in skull defect recognition task, and its AUC index reaches 0.92, indicating higher accuracy and efficiency in learning and generalizing bone fracture characteristics. Considering the computing resource requirements, generalization performance and data scale in practical applications, ResNet50 model shows significant advantages in skull defect recognition, but in order to better adapt to clinical applications, further optimization and adjustment of the model is still needed.

    • Energy Efficient Clustering Routing Algorithm Based on Improved FCM

      摘要:The wireless sensor network is a crucial component of the Internet of Things, and issues related to energy efficiency and network longevity are currently focal points of research. Cluster routing algorithms can effectively address energy efficiency challenges, while efficient cluster head selection and transmission strategies can reduce network energy consumption and enhance both stability and sustainability. This paper proposes a method for determining the number of clusters and selecting cluster heads based on fuzzy clustering. It improves upon the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm, which requires pre-setting the number of clusters and does not provide cluster head information in its output after execution. Additionally, simulations are conducted to analyze network performance under varying monitoring area sizes. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm demonstrates superior performance in terms of both network energy consumption and lifespan.

    • Iteration Based High-Precision Ranging Method for Bistatic Radar

      摘要:The bistatic radar system with separated transmitter and receiver has the advantages of good anti-interference performance and strong survivability, and is widely used in various platforms and scenarios. Due to the complexity of the working mechanism and spatial relationship, how to quickly and efficiently achieve high-precision ranging of the bistatic radar system with separated transmitter and receiver is an important issue in the engineering application of this type of radar. Based on the modeling and simulation analysis of the bistatic radar system with separated transmitter and receiver, this paper proposes a high-precision ranging method for the bistatic radar by using iterative computation. The results of scene simulation experiments show that this method can ensure the high precision of ranging results in different scenarios. Meanwhile, the iteration performance of the proposed method is tested. Results show that effective output could be obtained within an acceptable number of iterations, proving the feasibility of the proposed method in engineering applications for the bistatic radar system with separated transmitter and receiver.

      摘要:The convolutional neural network has a prominent performance in classifying pulmonary tuberculosis patients in X-ray images, but it is still challenging to balance the complexity and recognition accuracy. To solve the above problems, a lightweight chest film classification network TAIE-Net embedded with auxiliary information is proposed to achieve accurate classification under low complexity. Firstly, the ResNet is used as the basic structure, and after lightweight design, it serves as the backbone for network feature extraction. Then, model the relationship between the left and right lungs in the X-ray chest radiography to obtain regional information, and then model the lung tissue between each chest film to obtain differential information. Finally, the regional and difference information are integrated to form auxiliary information and embedded in the classification network to make the deep semantic information more discriminative. The classification experiment is conducted on the public dataset of pulmonary tuberculosis, and the proposed method classification accuracy reaches 93.8%, the sensitivity reached 92.5%, and the F1 score reaches 93.7%. This method effectively improves the accuracy of pulmonary tuberculosis chest X-ray classification compared to lightweight networks such as MobileFormer and MobileViT and has more advantages in model computing complexity, parameter quantity, and weight size.

    • Cloud Data Center System Power Modeling and Management Optimization Methods

      摘要:With the growing demand for cloud computing and the increasing number and scale of data centres, their huge power consumption has become an increasingly prominent issue. The objective of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of the power consumption models and management methods of cloud data centre systems at different levels, covering relevant studies on physical and virtual cloud servers, cooling systems, and examples of cloud applications, components. The specific details of this paper include the following aspects: firstly, the collection methods of data power at the server level are analysed; secondly, the power models of cloud servers and cooling systems at the hardware, software and application levels are reviewed; then, the commonly power management methods for cloud data centre systems are introduced. Finally, the challenges of data centre power management in optimising energy efficiency and addressing energy consumption and environmental issues are discussed, and future research directions are envisaged.

    • Visualization System for OA Workflow Based on Browser/Server Architecture

      摘要:This paper investigates the development of a visual OA workflow design tool, thoroughly discussing its development background and related concepts. Firstly, it introduces the fundamental knowledge of workflows and design tools, analyzing the importance of workflow automation in modern office systems and the application scenarios and advantages of visual design tools. It then describes the related workflow theories, system environment, platform foundation, and development technologies such as JavaScript libraries, graphic engines, and database systems. The paper concludes by summarizing the development experience, highlighting the system's advantages, such as improved user operational convenience and management efficiency. It also points out limitations, such as optimization potential in high-concurrency handling and flexibility in complex scenarios, and proposes future improvement suggestions, including algorithm optimization and enhanced system compatibility and user experience.
