    • Research on Data Security Governance System in Telecom Industry

      摘要:In the era of digital economy, the telecommunications industry has accumulated a large amount of business data, which contains huge commercial value. With the large-scale deployment of 5G, the network architecture on which telecom data relies is iteratively upgraded. The emergence of complex application scenarios such as the internet of things and the internet of vehicles has made the network system of the telecommunications industry develop towards the characteristics of large volume, wide distribution, and frequent circulation. With the improvement of policies and regulations on data rights transactions, the hidden value of data in the telecommunications industry is gradually being utilized and released through data sharing, but data has also become a key target of cyber attacks. Once leaked during the development and utilization of telecommunications data, it may endanger personal information security, public interests and even national security. To this end, this paper conducts an in-depth discussion on the data security governance system of telecom enterprises by sorting out the data security regulatory rules of the telecom industry.

    • Construction of Connected Services from the Perspective of Platform Economy

      摘要:With the gradual deepening of the Internet and enterprise informatization construction, platform economy, as a new economic model under the background of the digital economy era, has been integrated into all aspects of our daily life. Due to the application of new technologies, digital platforms have broken through many constraints faced by traditional platforms, such as geography, time, transaction scale, and information communication, and have gained new scale, connotation, efficiency, and influence. However, this has also directly led to the existence of heterogeneous platforms belonging to different legal entities, each operating independently and having independent user groups, resulting in data redundancy or functional overlap between platforms, and forming “information islands”. To help users meet their business needs by allowing these systems to play to their respective strengths and complement each other's weaknesses, a set of mechanisms and standards is needed to effectively integrate platforms with each other, enabling platforms with different vendors, architectures, and protocols to achieve interconnection and interoperability, and contribute to the overall operational efficiency of society. This article explores and practices the establishment of shared connection services between various platforms from the perspective of the platform economy

    • Intelligent Sericulture Management System Based on Artificial Intelligence

      摘要:Intelligent and equipment sericulture has become the inevitable trend of high-quality development of modern sericulture, however, the former sericulture is still faced with such practical problems as labor shortage, obsolete equipment, complex control, low standards and lax norms, etc. Based on the study of intelligent monitoring of sericulture environment, this paper discusses the development of intelligent sericulture management system based on artificial intelligence, the environmental factors of silkworm rearing and the developmental state of silkworm body were intelligently perceived, identified, transmitted and processed, and the developmental process and environmental state of silkworm rearing were accurately grasped, multi-feature data extraction and hierarchical fusion processing, timely correction of sericulture data standards, real-time monitoring of sericulture production processes, output technical options, providing automated sericulture decision-making, it provides a reference for building an intelligent and equipment compatible sericulture platform.

      摘要:This paper aims at the permutation table of the LUCIFER algorithm,based on correlation theorems of the permutation group and without adding additional auxiliary qubits, rely on the generalized Toffoli gates and the NOT gate to realize quantum reversible circuit of the permutation table. A quantum circuit implementation scheme with permutation table structure similar to this algorithm is given.

      摘要:This article proposes two types of microstrip array antennas operating in E-band for millimeter wave radar applications: patch array antennas and comb array antennas. The design principle and method of the two array antennas are demonstrated, whose performances are obtained by the three-dimensional electromagnetic full-wave simulations. By analyzing and comparing the impedance and radiation characteristics of two types of array antennas, the advantages and disadvantages of the two microstrip structures are summarized.

      摘要:This paper analyzes the advantages of the course "Remote Sensing Technology and Image Processing". We takes the academic postgraduate course "Remote Sensing Technology and Image Processing" as an example, analyzes the advantages of the course in educating people through thinking and politics, formulates a weekly calendar for teaching in the course, carefully designs the integration of thinking and politics elements, makes full use of many teaching methods, dynamically updates the "thinking and politics material library", builds a hybrid teaching mode of "online + offline", and establishes a course assessment system appropriate to the course. These practices can achieve the objectives of nurturing morality in professional courses, infiltrating socialist core values and achieving a win-win situation for both teachers and students.

      摘要:The concept of “New Engineering” is a new mode of engineering education that has been vigorously developed by the country in recent years. As an important basic course for electronic information majors, Signal and Systems plays an important role in improving students’ engineering thinking ability. This article conducts research on the establishment of engineering concepts in the implementation of teaching reform in the Signal and Systems course. Taking “Convolutional” course as an example, it introduces in detail the methods and measures for implementing the “new engineering” concept in the course. It discusses in detail the implementation strategies of teaching reform from multiple perspectives such as strengthening engineering thinking concepts, ideological and political education, as well as blended teaching methods, providing reference examples for the teaching staff of the Signal and Systems course.

      摘要:Ideological and political curriculum teaching of digital Signal processing is difficult and challenging to implement. This paper studies and explores how to effectively integrate ideological and political elements in the teaching process of inverse z-transformation by the contour integral method. First of all, from the famous Jia Xian triangle and connotative Fibonacci sequence as well as related algebraic laws,the paper introduces the specific characteristics of the general term calculation expression of the sequence.Then, based on the contour integral method for obtaining the inverse z-transform in the teaching of digital signal processing, the corresponding relationship between the z-transform expression and the convergence domain related to obtaining the general term formula of Fibonacci sequence is analyzed in the form of an example.In curriculum teaching, relevant ideological and political elements can be skillfully integrated in the form of example explanation. After three semesters of teaching practice and feedback, it is shown that such ideological and political teaching can not only enhance the interest of the teaching of the contour integral method for z-inverse transformation, but also improve the students' learning interest and motivation. It has good teaching results and is worth reference in the relevant curriculum teaching process of computer science.
