摘要:Aiming at the problem of hydraulic speed regulation circuit of mine pressure loading test bench, in order to meet the more stable speed regulation operation of rock model by the test bench, this paper designs and simulates the hydraulic speed regulation circuit of the test bench. Through the hydraulic simulation software AMESim, the bypass speed control valve element and the speed control circuit and pressure holding circuit of the hydraulic system are modeled and analyzed, and the curve graph obtained by the simulation is analyzed, which verifies the correctness of the design and modeling of the speed regulating element and the two circuits, and therefore, the design meets the performance requirements of the mine pressure loading test bench.

摘要:In order to solve the problem that the deep learning model used for signal modulation recognition has a large number of parameters and computation, a lightweight neural network model called TBCLDNN-ECA (Two-Stream Bottleneck Convolution Long-Short Term Memory Fully Connected Deep Neural Network with Efficient Channel Attention Module) is proposed. The model first uses two Bottleneck CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks) branches to extract different features of the signal in parallel. After the two branches are merged, attention mechanism and BiLSTM (Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory) are used to further extract the sequence features of the signal. Simulation experiments are conducted on the dataset RadioML2016.10a. The results show that the average recognition accuracy of the proposed model reaches 92.1% at the signal to noise ratio of 0~18 dB, and 93.53% at the signal to noise ratio of 18 dB. The recognition accuracy is better than the current popular modulation recognition model. At the same time, the model parameters and calculation amount have been reduced to a certain extent. Therefore, this model has the advantage of less model parameters and computation without loss of identification accuracy.
摘要:In response to the difficulties and poor accuracy of clinical diagnosis for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, we propose to construct a clinical prediction model based on machine learning and use SHAP model interpretability to screen key disease features. By comparing the predictive performance and feature importance of different machine learning models and conducting model interpretability analysis, we aim to find the optimal model and disease marker features. We selected a dataset of 99 patients with COPD from the University College London patient database. We used six machine learning algorithms to establish a prediction model and evaluated the model using k-fold cross-validation and evaluation metrics such as ROC-AUC and f1 score. We then used SHAP for interpretability analysis of the prediction model. Among all the models, the SVC model had the best predictive performance, with an accuracy of 0.93 and AUC of 0.99. FEV1PRED and FEV1 were identified as important factors affecting COPDSEVERITY. The machine learning prediction model can provide effective decision-making support for the diagnosis of COPDSEVERITY.
摘要:To support users getting data resources from multiple data centers according to their needs and rights, realize data resources inter-regional sharing and collaboration applying, a sharing service architecture for heterogeneous data between data centers is given. The given architecture has ability of unified retrieval access to heterogeneous database from multiple data centers, user and task oriented accuracy search and intellectual recommendation, task oriented data product customization production and data subscription and distribution. Eventually, it can help data discoverability, accessibility, comprehensibility, interactivity, dependability, managibility, meanwhile, it can help users effectively use and organize data.

摘要:Digitization and greenization are becoming new driving forces to accelerate the recovery of the global economy. Promoting the green and low-carbon development of digital infrastructure and accelerating the deep integration of digitalization and greenization are the only ways to achieve high-quality economic and social development in China. At present, digital infrastructure such as 5G networks and data centers is playing an important role in promoting the green transformation of traditional industries, but its own energy saving and carbon reduction issues have also received widespread attention. It is urgent to give full play to the decisive role of digital technology in promoting energy conservation and carbon reduction, effectively promote the low-carbon development of digital infrastructure, and alleviate the “lock-in effect” of traditional infrastructure’s continuous impact on the ecological environment and climate change.
