三维颈椎间盘模型与假体植入物的相似度量化是解决颈椎终板三维形态检索与假体植入困难、植入后稳定性不足等问题的基础。三维颈椎间盘模型相似度计算主要面临如下问题:两个三维模型在欧式空间的相对位置难以定义,颈椎间盘形态尺寸差异较小,部分曲面的几何特征无法忽略。为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种颈椎间盘的三维相似度算法,调整三维曲面的矢状面倾斜角度,然后将待比较曲面做序列切片处理提取曲面上的截交曲线。通过平面截切的方法将三维空间的曲面相似性比较问题转化到二维空间来实现,有效的降低了问题的复杂度。最后,在多组颈椎间盘三维模型上进行了实验,验证了本文方法的有效性。
The similarity quantification of the three-dimensional cervical disc model and the prosthetic implant is the basis for solving the problems of three-dimensional morphological retrieval of the cervical endplate
the difficulty of prosthesis implantation
and the lack of post-implantation stability. The similarity calculation of 3D cervical disc models mainly faces the following problems: the relative positions of the two 3D models in Euclidean space are difficult to define
the difference in the shape and size of the cervical intervertebral disc is small
and the geometric features of some surfaces cannot be ignored. In order to solve this problem
this paper proposes a three-dimensional similarity algorithm for cervical intervertebral discs
which adjusts the sagittal plane inclination angle of the three-dimensional surface
and then makes sequence slicing processing on the surface to be compared to extract the truncated curve on the surface. The surface similarity comparison problem in three-dimensional space is transformed into two-dimensional space by the plane truncation method
which effectively reduces the complexity of the problem. Finally
experiments were carried out on multiple groups of three-dimensional models of cervical intervertebral discs to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
