Application of IoT Sensor Technology in Smart Car-Park
the number of cars is increasing year by year. Traditional plane car-parks can no longer meet the needs of urban development
and there are also problems such as low utilization rate of parking spaces
few parking spaces
and parking safety. Therefore
this study designs a smart car-park system based on IoT sensor technology
which combines the control equipment
sensing mechanism
IoT gateway
and cloud platform of the smart car-park. It collects sensor data from various ends of the smart car-park through the internet of things gateway
transmit it to the cloud platform
monitor or trigger commands on the cloud platform
and achieve intelligent management of vehicle entry and exit of the smart car-park. This design has been verified through practical applications to demonstrate the reliable application of IoT sensor technology
which can bring great convenience to parking communities
property management personnel
and system maintenance personnel. We believe that the smart car-park system will become an important part of future urban transportation and make more contributions to resolve urban traffic congestion and parking difficulties.
