摘要

精准快速的对新冠肺炎患者进行诊断及分析影响新冠肺炎诊断的关键因素对提高新冠肺炎重症患者的治疗具有重要的意义。目前，机器学习预测新冠肺炎的算法中缺乏模型可解释性研究，为此，本文研究了基于13种机器学习的算法模型，利用超参数优化算法对模型进行优化，结合SHAP方法从全局和局部的层面增强模型的可解释性，解释性分析新冠肺炎疾病诊断的影响因素，为临床诊断提供辅助决策依据。

Abstract

Accurate and rapid diagnosis of COVID-19 (COrona VIrus Disease 2019) patients and analysis of key factors affecting the diagnosis of COVID-19 are of great significance for improving the treatment of severe COVID-19 patients. At present

there is a lack of model interpretability research in machine learning algorithms for predicting COVID-19. For this reason

this paper studies 13 machine learning algorithm models

uses hyperparameter optimization algorithm to optimize the model

combines SHAP method to enhance the interpretability of the model from the global and local levels

interpretively analyzes the influencing factors of COVID-19 disease diagnosis

and provides auxiliary decision-making basis for clinical diagnosis.
