摘要

在当今数据驱动的业务环境中，高效且准确的数据采集对于企业的决策过程至关重要。随着国产化替代趋势的加速，越来越多的桌面应用软件开始应用于国产操作系统中。然而，许多专业性强的软件仍难以支持国产操作系统。本文提出了一种基于Electron框架的跨平台数据采集桌面应用程序的开发方法。该程序通过导入导出Excel文件进行数据采集，并根据预定义的规则文件进行数据校验，支持上传下载附件，生成报告文件，保存为XML格式文件，以及导入导出压缩包文件。该应用程序不仅显著提高了数据采集的效率和准确性，还具备良好的跨平台兼容性，特别适用于国产操作系统和多种CPU架构，顺应了当前国产化的大趋势。在实验评估中，该程序相较于传统数据采集方式，数据采集效率提升了约40%，变更采集领域的响应时间缩短了约30%。

Abstract

In today’s data-driven business environment

efficient and accurate data collection is crucial for corporate decision-making processes. With the acceleration of domestic substitution trends

an increasing number of desktop applications are being deployed on domestic operating systems. However

many specialized software solutions still struggle to support these systems. This paper proposes a development method for a cross-platform data collection desktop application based on the Electron framework. The application enables data collection through importing and exporting Excel files

performs data validation using predefined rule files

and supports functions such as uploading/downloading attachments

generating report files

saving XML-formatted files

and importing/exporting compressed package files. The application not only significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of data collection but also demonstrates excellent cross-platform compatibility

particularly suited for domestic operating systems and various CPU architectures

aligning with the broader trend of localization. In experimental evaluations

the application improved data collection efficiency by approximately 40% compared to traditional methods

reduced response time for domain-specific changes by around 30%.
