Design and Application of the Investment Management System for Wuhai Pumped Storage Power Station
as a crucial energy infrastructure project in western Inner Mongolia
faces challenges in investment management due to its large scale
long duration
and complex multi-party collaboration. In response to these challenges
this paper designs and implements an investment management system based on modern information technology and advanced management concepts. The system adopts a microservices architecture
encompassing a client layer
application layer
microservices layer
and infrastructure layer
and includes six core functional modules: contract management
budgetary estimate management
bidding management
planning management
electromechanical equipment management
and material management. Through a mobile app and a centralized "investment map" visualization hub
the system breaks down data silos from multiple sources
enhances collaboration among various roles
and improves investment transparency and decision-making efficiency. The system effectively addresses issues such as contract change risks
budget overrun warnings
and inefficient fund allocation
providing a digital and standardized management paradigm for the construction of the pumped storage power station. This significantly reduces management costs and mitigates financial risks.
