摘要

随着数字化转型的深入，地市级运营商面临着信息化系统分散、用户体验差、安全性不足等问题。本文介绍了中国移动福州分公司基于智慧中台构建的地市级统一门户敏捷支撑方案——云上墨柏，该方案通过整合省公司中台能力，实现了统一门户集成、个性化账号管理、统一工作流引擎等关键功能，有效提升了信息化系统的用户体验和安全性，降低了建设和运维成本，为地市级运营商的数字化转型提供了有效的解决方案。

Abstract

With the deepening of digital transformation

municipal operators are facing issues such as scattered information systems

poor user experience

and insufficient security. This paper introduces the municipal unified portal agile support solution-Yun Shang Mobai

constructed by China Mobile Fuzhou Branch based on the smart middleware platform. The solution integrates the capabilities of the provincial company's middleware to achieve key functions such as unified portal integration

personalized account management

and unified workflow engines

effectively enhancing the user experience and security of information systems

reducing construction and operation and maintenance costs

and providing an effective solution for the digital transformation of municipal operators.
