Ransient Voltage Triggering Fault Analysis and Coping Strategies of Metro Electromechanical Equipment
This paper takes the impact of transient voltage changes in Nanchang Metro on the evacuation indicators and escalators in the interval as the research object for analysis and research
and proposes corresponding solutions. This study focuses on the impact of transient voltage changes in the subway on electromechanical equipment. By means of analyzing fault cases
data monitoring and other methods
it is determined that external voltage fluctuations are the main factors causing transient voltage changes. In response to the faults of evacuation indicators and escalators
measures such as optimizing the power supply of EPS and adjusting the power supply phase of the brake controller are implemented respectively. And the status of electromechanical equipment is tracked and observed by combining the real-time monitoring of the integrated monitoring system with regular special inspections. After the implementation of these measures
the faults of evacuation indicators and escalators have significantly decreased
and the operation quality has been effectively improved
laying a solid foundation for the stable operation of the subway.
